As soon as we met with Tom to go over our house plans we realised instantly that he was the builder to complete our second story renovation. Other builders looked at the plans and saw challenges and complications, but Tom saw beauty in the design and architecture. He was friendly and familiar whilst being knowledgeable and firm right through the 7 month project. His communication was definitely a strong point and would always be keen to speak in person, but he was very clear with e-mails to ensure accuracy and records were kept of all decisions.

There seemed to be great synergy with the other trades and it was evident that Tom always had the integrity of the house as the number 1 priority when in all of his workmanship and dealings. We have been extremely pleased with the end result and the entire process was stress free as we had full trust in Momentom Built delivering us our dream home.
